Sadiya has over 20 years of experience as a qualified teacher and SENCO specialising in Neurodiversity and EAL. Sadiya has worked in both state and independent schools in the UK and internationally. She possesses a BDA SpLD Assessment Practising Certificate as well as a NASENCo and PGCE with QTS.
